Myanmar Wheel Tractor Satisfaction Survey

Early July 2019. K&F international appointed a sales manager to organize Shiying Machinery's wheel tractor and service manager a team to launch a 16-days Myanmar user satisfaction survey.

During the visit, we worked with the local dealer service personnel to solve the after-sales problems of the wheel tractor, and also answered some questions about the user's maintenance. The local dealer's service team also received our on-site training and guidance through this event, which greatly enhanced the brand's influence and dealer's service capabilities.

Through the analysis of the collected information, we have made corresponding suggestions for improvement, and also provided opinions and suggestions on dealers' sales, service, spare parts and internal management.
